What you need to bring?

• Printout or softcopy of your Confirmation Slip and signed by you. Download and print your Confirmation Slip here.

• Printout of your health condition information (for 14 hours and 7 hours category only) and signed by you. Download, fill-up and print your Health Condition Information Form here.
• Participants who are under the age of seventeen (17) years old on race day are required to submit a parental consent form. Download, fill-up and print your Parental Consent Form here.
• Printout of list of mandatory items (for 14 hours, 7 hours and 4 hours category only) and signed by you. Download, fill-up and print your List of Mandatory Items here.

What if you can't collect the Race Entry Pack by yourself? (Only for 4 hours, 6.5 km and 2.5 km categories)
You may appoint a representative to collect your Race Entry Pack on your behalf. The representative must present the following:

• Representative's NRIC/passport.
• Photocopy or digital copy of your NRIC/passport.
• Printout or softcopy of your Confirmation Slip and signed by you. Download and print your Confirmation Slip here.
• Printout of your Indemnity Form and signed by you. Download, fill-up and print your Indemnity Form here.
• Participants who are under the age of seventeen (17) years old on race day are required to submit a parental consent form. Download, fill-up and print your Parental Consent Form here.

For any out-of-state competitors arriving later and unable to make the registration within the stipulated time, race pack will be sent via courier service after the event.

Important Notes

• Strictly no changes in event tee size will be allowed.
• No early or late collection than the appointed time will be entertained including before flag-off on the day of the event.
• Participants of 14 hours and 7 hours categories are required to collect their individual race pack in person. Representative is NOT ALLOWED.
• Race pack not collected after the last collection date will be deemed as unwanted and the Organiser may dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.
• The participant for 14 hours, 7 hours and 4 hours must bring the mandatory items as listed under 'Mandatory Items' section.
• Bib number will NOT BE GIVEN in the race pack for DNS PARTICIPANT'S REPRESENTATIVES. The participant can collect their own bib number by post or self-collect 2 weeks after the event. Download, fill-up and print your DNS form here.

Mandatory Items

1. By participating in the race, each runner agrees to carry all the mandatory items listed below for their respective race category.
2. Failure to bring mandatory item will result in disqualification.
3. All runners will undergo a gear check before the race begins, and random checks may be conducted along the route during the race and at the finish line.

Tentative Program

The Putra Trail Running Club is set to host the 3rd edition of the Wang Gunung Night Trail Run, in collaboration with the Perlis State Agriculture Department on the 12th and 13th July 2025 in conjunction with the Visit Perlis Year 2024–2025.

This edition features a 'fixed-time endurance race' format, where participants aim to complete as many loops as possible within a specific time frame. The 3rd edition aims to build on the success of its predecessors and draw more participants both locally and internationally.

The event will take place at the Taman Buah-buahan Eksotik, Sungai Batu Pahat and its surrounding areas and will feature five categories: the 2.5 km Happy Fun Walk, 6.5 km Happy Run, and endurance races lasting 14 hours, 7 hours and 4 hours.

The objectives of this event are:

• Encourage the community to directly engage in sports tourism and recreational activities at major agro-tourism sites in the State of Perlis.
• Assist in the development of sports and tourism.
• Promote the agro-tourism industry in the State of Perlis, especially around the Sungai Batu Pahat area in conjunction with the Visit Perlis Year 2024-2025.
• Market and establish the Nakawan Range as a premier trail route for trail running and extreme sports enthusiasts in Malaysia and its neighboring countries.
• Promote recreational activities in Wang Gunung and the nearby areas.
• Generate interest and discover new talent in extreme and long-distance running.
