What you need to bring?
- Your original NRIC/passport.
- Printout of your Confirmation Slip and signed by you. Download and print your Confirmation Slip here.
- Printout of your Indemnity Form and signed by you. Download and print your Indemnity Form here.
- Participants who are under the age of seventeen (17) years old on race day are required to submit a parental consents letter. Download and print your Parental Consents Letter here.
You may appoint a representative to collect your Race Kit on your behalf. The representative must present the following:
- Representative's NRIC/passport.
- Photocopy of your NRIC/passport.
- Printout of your Confirmation Slip and signed by you. Download and print your Confirmation Slip here.
- Printout of your Indemnity Form and signed by you. Download and print your Indemnity Form here.
- Letter of authorisation signed by you. Download and print your Authorisation Form here.
- Strictly no changes in event tee size will be allowed.
- No late collection will be entertained including before flag-off on the day of the event.
- Race Kit not collected after the last collection date will be deemed as unwanted and the Organiser may dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.

Download GPX file for 15 km Download GPX file for 5 kmFriends of River Malaysia will hold a Larian Denai Sungai Langat on the 21st September 2024 in conjunction with World River Day involving all ages and all walks of life. This event will be held at UKM Bangi and the surrounding area.
The 5km route involves part of the campus and the route by the Langat River. For the 15km running route, 40% is a trail route and the rest is a gravel and tarmac route that involves areas inside and outside of the campus and the riverside.
This event is only open to Malaysian participants. International participants may participate but are not eligible to win any prizes.
Objectives of the Event
- Give awareness to the community about the importance and responsibility of taking care of the Langat River.
- Applying the spirit of river love for the long term.
- Create a platform for UKM citizens to closely communicate with the NGO and community to jointly take care of the river.
