What you need to bring?
- Your original NRIC/passport.
- Printout or softcopy of your Confirmation Slip and signed by you. Download and print your Confirmation Slip here.
- Printout of your Indemnity Form and signed by you. Download, fill-up and print your Indemnity Form here.
- Participants who are under the age of seventeen (17) years old on race day are required to submit a parental consent form. Download, fill-up and print your Parental Consent Form here.
- Printout of list of mandatory items (for 22 km and 12 km category only) and signed by you. Download, fill-up and print your List of Mandatory Items here.
You may appoint a representative to collect your Race Entry Pack on your behalf. The representative must present the following:
- Representative's NRIC/passport.
- Photocopy or digital copy of your NRIC/passport.
- Printout or softcopy of your Confirmation Slip and signed by you. Download and print your Confirmation Slip here.
- Printout of your Indemnity Form and signed by you. Download, fill-up and print your Indemnity Form here.

- Strictly NO CHANGES in event tee or windbreaker size will be allowed.
- NO EARLY OR LATE COLLECTION than the appointed time will be entertained including before flag-off on the day of the event.
- Race pack not collected after the last collection date will be deemed as unwanted, and the Organiser may dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.
- The participant for 22 km and 12 km must bring the mandatory items as listed under 'Mandatory Items' section.
The Northernmost Padang Besar Night Run is a special program with a night run concept organized by PUTRA Trail Running Club, scheduled to take place on 7th-8th August 2026 featuring various side events involving government agencies and the community.
This run will pass through several main routes around Padang Besar, such as Chuping Valley, ICQS Complex, Arked Niaga, Dataran Padang Besar, Felda Rimba Mas and Kampung Kok Mak. Starting as early as 1:30 am to 6:00 am, offering a unique experience for participants. Promoting the beauty and economic activities of Padang Besar as a border tourism destination and international economic attraction.
